The beds are good, I loved them. The place is right by shops and good restaurants and pubs, metro stations and bus stops and underground tube. There's kitchen, so you can cook breakfast freely. Staff is pleasant...

It's boutique and nice place, loved staying there. The people working there are amazingly nice and accommodating, have a big heart. Bed is comfortable with down pillows, more than enough. The location is magnificent...  

This is a functional property, fairly clean, and located really close to supermarkets, restaurants and Earls Court Tube station, such a lovely, safe area, and London museums, the Royal Albert Hall and sightseeing. The staff...  

Location was comfortable - walk from an underground station. Room was a nice size and included with lovely big windows, the cupboard, as example. Staff were really helpful and the facilities were fantastic.

Nothing too much trouble, didn't feel like leaving. We had an enjoyable stay here for trip, thanks very much. The setting was nice. And we was right by Grocery stores, restaurants and underground, shops, sights and cafes and Earls Court Station and metro stations.

The apartment was comfortable and functional just off Harrods and Buckingham Palace, amazing restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and shops and the underground rail network, that's what we were expecting. It was marvellous easy to commute via metro.

Location was magnificent and perfect, in a safe feeling area.

Fairly clean property short walk to safe area of the city as well as underground tube. The staff - extremely helpful and very friendly. A microwave, a coffee maker, and refrigerators available. Magnificent setting to the natural history museum.

Rooms were all functional with a view. We greatly enjoyed the venue and its marvellous setting.

The convenience of the hotel's location was a major plus. It was situated near a train station, which made it easy for us to explore different parts of the city. Another positive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. the kitchen and laundry facilities provided were well-maintained, allowing us to save money by cooking our meals and doing our laundry.

One of the downsides of our Christmas stay was that the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some updates. The rooms had a few scratches and marks on the furniture, giving it a somewhat untidy appearance.

Satisfied with a garden, table and chairs, as for instance available. Had a shower, a hair dryer and fresh towels in the bathroom, it was fantastic.

The interior is nice, plus it's housed in a functional building. I would say that it has perfect service.

Our stay at the Presidential Apartments Kensington was superb. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Earls Court Station and close to many attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space after a long day of exploring. The continental breakfast was always delivered on time, adding convenience to our stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.
